<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polyimide film useful as a film material for forming a product or member from which heat resistance, transparency and high dimensional stability before and after heating are required. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for producing a transparent polyimide film, a polyimide film is subjected to annealing treatment. By the annealing treatment, transparent polyimide, wherein a linear thermal expansion coefficient is ≤10 ppm, total light transmittance is ≥80%, and a dimensional change rate before and after heating at 200°C for 30 minutes is within ±0.020%, is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
