<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably braze a gap between a hole part of a header wall surface and a heat transfer tube, and to enable unification of front end positions of the heat transfer tube. <P>SOLUTION: When a gap between a hole part 22 of a header wall surface 21 of a heat exchanger 1 and the heat transfer tube 3 is brazed, a brazing material 6 therefor is constituted to have a contact part 61 contactable with the header wall surface 21 and an abutment part 62 with which the front end of the heat transfer tube 3 is abutted while the contact part 61 is in contact with the header wall surface 21. Then, when the gap with the heat transfer tube 3 is brazed using the brazing material 6, the brazing material 6 is brought into contact with the header wall surface 21, and the front end of the heat transfer tube 3 is abutted to the abutment part 62 provided in the brazing material 6 in that state. Then, the brazing material 6 is melt in a furnace at high temperature. Further, a small diameter hole corresponding to the hole part 22 is formed, a burr is formed there as the brazing material 6, and the front end of the heat transfer tube 3 is positioned while the burr is inserted into the hole part 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
