The secondary battery includes: a battery unit; and a frame case that supports the battery unit and has a first side portion and a second side portion which are opposite to each other and on which first and second spacers are respectively formed, wherein the first and second spacers have asymmetric dimensions. Accordingly, the secondary battery and the secondary battery module include a misassembly-preventing mechanism.
