<p>In the present invention, a virtual server transmission unit (110) transmits a virtual server image to a virtual server (210). The virtual server image comprises contents of a disk of a virtual server into which a performance measurement program has been installed, which have been made into a file as-is, wherein the image includes an OS and the performance measurement program which operates thereupon. The performance measurement program is started upon the virtual server (210) in order to generate performance information which is to be transmitted to an information processing device (100). A performance information reception unit (120) receives the performance information that has been transmitted from the virtual server (210). A performance calculation unit (130), on the basis of the performance information that has been received by the performance information reception unit (120), calculates the processing speed, and/or the processing time per unit process, for a plurality of virtual servers (210) in the IaaS site (200) thereof.</p> |
