Provided is an in-vehicle information display device with which the driver can easily predict the wind direction with respect to the vehicle. The in-vehicle information display device is provided with a route computation unit (104) which derives the planned path of travel of the vehicle, and a weather information acquisition unit (5) which acquires weather information including wind direction information for each point on the planned path of travel. A display unit (10) displays the wind direction information for each point on the planned path of travel using the relative direction (front/back/left/right) taking the orientation of the vehicle when it passes each point as a reference.
