Disclosed are a channel performance evaluation method and device, used to evaluate the performance of a control channel, the method comprising: obtaining, via static simulation, a static index value for evaluating the channel performance (101); determining a dynamic index value corresponding to the obtained static index value according to the corresponding relationship between the static index value and the dynamic index value of the channel established via a dynamic pre-simulation (102); evaluating the channel performance based on the obtained static index value and the corresponding dynamic index value thereof (103). Compared to existing dynamic simulation technology, the present application greatly improves the efficiency, thus improving the simulation evaluation efficiency while ensuring reliable performance.
