ENGINEERING MACHINERY WITH HYDRO-MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND ITS SHIFTING CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD

A shifting control method for an engineering machinery with a hydro-mechanical transmission system, includes: firstly, sending a shifting command; secondly, separating a driving disk connected with a driving motor from a first driven disk corresponding to current gear in a gearbox; then calculating the rotational speed n1 of a second driven disk corresponding to the target gear; finally, adjusting the output rotational speed of the driving motor and making it close to the rotational speed n1 of the second driven disk, engaging the said driving disk and the second driven disk completely when the absolute value of the difference between the rotational speed n0 of the driving disk and the rotational speed n1 of the second driven disk is less than a predetermined value, the shifting operation is achieved. The shifting collision is reduced, the stabilization and shifting quality during the shifting process are increased and the service life of the driving disk and the driven disk are prolonged. Also disclosed are a shifting control system corresponding to the said shifting control method and the engineering machinery with a hydro-mechanical transmission including the shifting system.
