<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow hose sealing means, a kit and a method, for obtaining the sealing without contamination. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing means has two holding parts, which is movable so that one of the holding parts approaches the other holding part and leaves the other holding part, and is made of material plastically deformable so as to permit the mechanical sealing of a hollow hose (2) made of elastic material by a tool for crimping the sealing means against the hose (2) for stainproof sealing of the hose when moving so as to get near toward each other. The sealing means (20) includes at least one sealing member (4, 4', 44, 44', 64, 64', 74, 74', 84) which has two both end parts and an opening part (40, 46') permitting the sliding on the hose (2) which is extended between the end parts and in which one sealing member is sealed.
