<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the layout area of a level conversion circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device (10) comprises: a level conversion circuit (14); a D/A conversion circuit (12); a parallel-serial conversion circuit (15) for converting a parallel digital signal into a serial digital signal and supplying the converted signal to the level conversion circuit; and a serial-parallel conversion circuit (13) for converting an output of the level conversion circuit into a parallel digital signal and supplying the converted signal to the D/A conversion circuit. The level conversion circuit may have a level conversion function adapted to the serial digital signal, thereby reducing the layout area of the level conversion circuit, compared with the case adapted to the parallel digital signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
