<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long body for a movable part in which no unintended and unnecessary bending occurs even if no protective guide is used, and bending is easily made in the desired bending direction, with no interference against movement of the movable part. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of block bodies 15 are arrayed along the length direction of cables 11, 12, 13, and 14 which contain a core wire and/or a pipe, and a constraint part which is coupled with the block body 15 is provided. Such bending whose inside is the side of the cable where the block body 15 is present is blocked by abutment between the block bodies. Meanwhile, such bending whose outside is the side of the cable where the block body 15 is present is allowed with no effect of the block body. Thus, the cable receives an external force and is bent only in such direction as its outside is where the block body is present. Consequently at the time of moving operation of one end portion of a long body for the movable part, no unintended and unnecessary bending occurs, and a bending mode which is U-like when viewed from side is maintained, so that moving operation of the one end portion is stably performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
