<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of winding work of a transformer, and also to improve characteristics while suppressing variations in the characteristics of the transformer. <P>SOLUTION: A through-hole 36 and a through-hole 38 having a smaller area than the through-hole 36 are formed in a core 30, a winding 14 is wound around the through-hole 36, and a winding 8 is wound around the through-hole 38.
