<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deviation of paper caused by paper's passing through a conveying position moving part in a standstill state. <P>SOLUTION: When an operation mode is a rocking mode, a controller performs rocking processing that exciting current of a rocking motor of the conveying position moving part is turned on and also a driving pulse in accordance with a rocking amount of a resist roller is output to an electric motor (S4 and S7).
