An alignment device according to the present invention comprises: first and second clamping units which are disposed to face each other in a lengthwise direction of a workpiece by putting the workpiece therebetween, and are driven to access and be spaced apart from said workpiece in a hinged manner; third and fourth clamping units which are disposed to face each other in a width direction of said workpiece by putting said workpiece therebetween, and are driven to access and be spaced apart from said workpiece in a hinged manner; and an alignment driving unit which integrally drives said first to fourth clamping units.
