The transport belt comprising a first portion comprising a first elastomeric material having a first durometer of hardness; and a second portion comprising a second elastomeric material having a second durometer of hardness. The first durometer of hardness is different than the second durometer of hardness. The first portion provides a surface for food materials to be processed. |
