Provided is a storage cell state notifying system, which can suitably determine a frequency of notifying states of a storage cell being monitored. The storage cell state notifying system is provided with a storage cell state measuring means (81), a frequency determining means (82), and a storage cell state notifying means (83). The storage cell state measuring means (81) measures a state of the storage cell. The frequency determining means (82) determines frequency of notifying measurement results corresponding to a change quantity of the measured state. The storage cell state notifying means (83) notifies information at the frequency determined by the frequency determining means (82), said information indicating the state of the storage cell.
