Anthraquinone disperse dye of general formula:- where A is -SO2- or -CO-; R is aliphatic or aromatic gp. free of hydrosolubilising radical. X1 and X2 amines or -OH gps.; Z1, Z2 and Zo are H or halogen atoms, n is 1 or 2; Benzene ring W may be further substituted with lower alkyl, lower alkoxy gp., or halogen. - For dyeing fibres, films, etc., of hydrophobic materials, especially aromatic polyester fibrous articles.
