<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delay a clock signal with high accuracy and wide range without using an analog voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of one-shot pulse generating circuits 201 to 20n connected in series are provided between an input node 110a and an output node 110b. Each of the plurality of one-shot pulse generating circuits 201 to 20n generates a one-shot pulse in response to one edge of an inputted clock signal. The pulse width of the one-shot pulse is variable based on a count value RCNT. As a result, by changing the count value RCNT, the amount of delay of a delay line 110 can be changed with wide range and high accuracy. Further, an analog voltage is not used, thereby there is no need to provide circuits for generating and stabilizing an analog signal, which makes circuit design easy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
