<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of improving cooperativeness with a mobile terminal, and a technique related thereto. <P>SOLUTION: An MFP (image forming apparatus) receives information on an operation target file from a mobile terminal 60 in response to a drag-and-drop operation over a touch screen 21 of an operation panel unit 20 and a touch screen 62 of the mobile terminal 60 (see the thick dotted line in the figure).
