<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide good visibility of a jammed paper sheet and facilitate removal of the jammed paper sheet. <P>SOLUTION: Arms 29a and 29b are provided on a first guide 21, turnably supported integral with the first guide 21, and open and close the first guide 21. A moving mechanism 50 includes supports 25a and 25b, an abutting member 26, and a lever 27.
