<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle camera control unit that sets a processing mode by itself according to circumstances of a vehicle by setting the processing mode on the basis of vibration detection information and performs processing according to the set processing mode, and further to provide an on-vehicle camera control system, an on-vehicle camera system and the like. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle camera control unit 100 includes: an image acquisition section 110 for acquiring infrared image data from an infrared image pickup section 210; a vibration detection information acquisition section 130 for acquiring vibration detection information from a vibration detection section, sensor 240; and a processing section 120 for performing processing on the basis of the infrared image data.
