<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine including a plurality of start prize holes, the game machine preventing the deterioration in operating rate by equalizing the prize winning rate of the start prize holes. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a start prize portion 25 provided in a game area, and including a common ball inlet 25a, a common ball passage 25b through which a ball entering the common ball inlet 25a flows down, the plurality of start prize holes 44a and 44b provided below the common ball passage 25b and divided by a partition wall portion 47, and a guiding member 45c for guiding the game ball flowing down the common ball passage to any of the plurality of start prize holes; and a normal electrical accessory 48 provided at the common ball inlet 25a and changeable between a first state for facilitating the entrance of a game ball into the ball inlet, and a second state for making the entrance of a game ball into the ball inlet difficult.
