<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction data processor having a comparatively simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The transaction data processor includes a base part, a movable part, a detection part and a display control part. The movable part connected to the base part has a display for displaying information on a screen whose orientation can be changed. The detection part detects the orientation of the screen.
