<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen of which the center axis in a lateral direction is easily substantially aligned with an optical axis of projection light projected from a projector, a screen device, a screen manufacturing method, and a screen device manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A screen 2 includes a screen substrate 20 which reflects projection light to perform display, and the screen substrate 20 is provided, on at least one end side in a vertical direction, a center position indication part (first hole part 24) explicitly indicating a center position in a lateral direction of the screen substrate 20. The screen device includes the screen 2 and a frame 3 holding the screen 2, and the frame 3 has a holding part 30 for holding the first hole part 24 of the screen 2.
