<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device based on a magneto-resistive mixed sensor without low frequency noise and associated method. <P>SOLUTION: A device comprises mixed sensor design with at least one superconducting loop 1 including at least one constriction 3 and a magneto-resistive element 2 located adjacent to the constriction 3. The device comprises at least one heating element 5 that allows at least one part of the superconducting loop 1 to switch at sufficiently high frequency to higher temperature than its critical temperature, such that super-current flowing through at least one constriction 3 including at least one magneto-resistive element 2 is temporarily suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
