The valve has an axially movable valve element (1) penetrated through a valve plate (2) and formed in the valve plate toward a valve seat (3), where the valve element is axially pre-tensioned over a spring force of a valve spring (4). The valve element comprises two portions (6, 7) directly or indirectly adjoined at a sealing surface (5). The portions cooperate with the valve seat of the valve plate, so that a throttling effect is realized depending on stroke of the valve element that is actuated by an electromotive, electromagnetic, electromechanical and/or hydraulic actuator.
