PURPOSE: An open type voice service system is provided to offer various voice services for images by interlocking a broadcast service provided from a digital broadcast center with the voice services. CONSTITUTION: A PTS(Presentation Time Stamp) synchronization unit(130) synchronizes voice information with video information in a PTS. A broadcast information de-multiplexing unit(330) extracts the video information from a digital broadcast stream. An audio information reception unit(340) receives a transport stream of the voice information from an audio service server(100). A broadcast control unit(332) synchronizes a video decoding unit(380) with an audio decoding unit(390) by using the PTS of the video information and the voice information. |
