PURPOSE: A side opened bogie system equipped with a differential gear is provided to effectively reduce accident risk and to minimize delay time due to malfunction. CONSTITUTION: A side opened bogie system equipped with a differential gear comprises driving wheels(112), a traction motor, and a differential gear part(114). The driving wheels are mounted in a state of being surrounded with a suspension frame and a guide frame and delivers driving force and braking force to a monorail track while closely attached to the top of the monorail track. The traction motor is positioned in the front or rear side of a monorail driving bogie and generates the driving force. The differential gear part is connected with the driving shaft of the traction motor and is arranged in the central lower part of the suspension frame between the driving wheels to deliver the driving force of the traction motor to the driving wheels. |
