摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid stress removal anneal cracking by improving strength and toughness of a welding section formed at a bearing contact surface of a high Cr turbine rotor. <P>SOLUTION: A cladding first layer welding section of an overlay welding formed at a bearing contact surface contains by 0.05-0.2% C, 0.1-1.0% Si, 0.3-1.5% Mn, 4.0-7.7% Cr, and 0.5-1.5% Mo, with a remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities being by 0.015% or less P, 0.015% or less S, 0.2% or less Cu, 0.2% or less V, 0.3% or less Ni, 1.5% or less Co, 0.005% or less B, 1.5% or less W, and 0.07% or less Nb. A build-up layer welding section contains 0.05-0.2% C, 0.1-1.0% Si, 0.3-2.5% Mn, 1.0-4.0% Cr, and 0.5-1.5% Mo, with a remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities being regulated to be 0.015% or less P, 0.015% or less S, 0.2% or less Cu, 0.15% or less V, 0.3% or less Ni, and 0.07% or less Nb. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
