<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably reset an entire circuit if any of a plurality of power sources is instantaneously interrupted. <P>SOLUTION: If an instantaneous interruption occurs to a power source V1, a reset signal RSTN1 turns to a low level and the operation of a main circuit 10 stops. An AND circuit 22 outputs a low level signal SLP_RSTN. When the signal SLP_RSTN turns to a low level, the operation of an energy saving circuit 20 stops and a memory content of a storage section 201 is also reset. When the power source V1 is restored, the reset signal RSTN1 turns to a high level, and the main circuit 10 outputs a signal BOOTCTLI. Since the memory content of the storage section 201 is in an initial state, the energy saving circuit 20 loops back a signal BOOTCTLO, and also rewrites the memory content of the storage section 201 to a content indicating that startup processing has completed.
