<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing unit and information processing equipment capable of suppressing voltage fluctuation (resonance) at a live line insertion. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing unit includes: a load circuit; a pair of terminals removable from a DC power supply; a first capacitor coupled between power terminals of the load circuit; an inrush current suppression circuit for suppressing inrush current influx to the first capacitor through the pair of terminals from the DC power supply; a buffer circuit coupled between the pair of terminals and configured to buffer voltage fluctuation; a second capacitor serially coupled to the inrush current suppression circuit and the first capacitor in a track parallel to the buffer circuit; a switch coupled parallel to the second capacitor; and a first controlling unit for turning on the switch at a predetermined time course after a live line insertion of the pair of terminals to couple to the DC power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
