<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain washing machine which prevents increase in concentration of bacteria and dirt in washing water and improves capacity of removing the bacteria and the dirt stuck to a surface of floatable grain. <P>SOLUTION: The floatable grain is stored in a dry storing tank 110, a gap 125 is provided at its bottom between an air foam water stream nozzle 123 and an entrance of a pressurized water sending pipe 124 and the air foam water stream nozzle 123 of a pressurized water jetting part 120 strikes an air foam water stream into the entrance of the pressurized water sending pipe 124. The floatable grain entered in the gap 125 is swallowed in the air foam water stream and is spouted upward in the pressurized water sending pipe 124. The floatable grain is agitated in hydraulic air foam water, minute shock waves are generated when air foam explodes and the floatable grain is washed. The air foam water stream jetted out of the pressurized water sending pipe 124 makes the air foam water stream reaching a discharge canal after rounding a surrounding route of a surrounding container flow out downward in a mixing water rotating device 130. Only the floatable grain flowed out of the mixing water rotating device 130 is sieved and is taken out by a sieving drainage section 160. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
