<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument to hang a cloth picture book in front of the chest of a reader when reading a cloth picture book in front of many children. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a hook 2 for hanging at a thin part of a tape 1, a mounting instrument provided with a can 3 to adjust the length at an end of the tape part 1, and a clip to be attached to the cloth picture book.
