<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an amount of a treatment object in a treatment tank from being excessive, and to preferentially move the treatment object in which the treatment sufficiently progresses to a reservoir tank. <P>SOLUTION: This treatment apparatus includes: an accommodation tank accommodating a treatment object; a partition wall for partitioning the accommodation tank into a treatment tank for treating the treatment object and a reservoir tank storing the treatment object treated in the treatment tank; an overflow space formed above the partition wall and allowing the treatment object to overflow from the treatment tank to move to the reservoir tank; and a plurality of openings formed in the partition wall and allowing the treatment object having a predetermined size to move from the treatment tank to the reservoir tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
