<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spoon having a fork function that makes a part of the spoon have the fork function in order to eliminate troublesome of passing from one hand to the other when eating a meal by using both a fork and the spoon. <P>SOLUTION: The fork function is given by putting 1-3 slits (3) in a part of the scoop-up portion (1) of the spoon to become approximately parallel to a handle (2).
