PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reference apparatus or the like, in which common information can be created for reproduction of past medical information in a wide application range and with high precision, and the common information can be effectively utilized.

SOLUTION: The image reference apparatus includes: a storage unit that stores a group of images acquired in a predetermined image acquisition process; an operation unit for selecting a first image from the acquired image group and inputting an image processing condition for creating a second image on the basis of the selected first image; an image creation processing unit that creates the second image by performing image processing using the first image according to the image processing condition; and an object creating unit that creates an object in which the image processing condition is added in the first image.
