<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord lock with a more improved function. <P>SOLUTION: An outside part F has a retaining inner wall 5a for a cord body Cd between a first opening 1 and a second opening 2 and a guide groove 9 on the inner side from the inner wall.
