Front and back flaps 3F and 3B are protruding past a crotch portion 22 to a same position in the girth direction X; a back member 4b is attached to the back flap 3B, the back member 4b protruding in the girth direction X from an edge of the back flap 3B; a front member 4f protruding in the girth direction X from an edge of the front flap 3F is detachably touch-fastened to a non-skin-contact surface of the front flap 3F which does not contact a skin of the wearer; the crotch portion 22 is folded along a virtual first line L1 parallel to the girth direction X so that a front girth portion 3F and a back girth portion 3B are laid on each other and so that the back member 4b and the front member 4f are facing each other and in contact with each other; and the back member 4b and the front member 4f facing each other are secured to each other in an area where the back member 4b and the front member 4f are in contact with each other.
