<p>Disclosed in the present invention is a hollow metal plate manufacturing process,which comprises the following steps: providing a metal blank, pressing the metal blank into a semi-finished product (300) of the metal plate, wherein one surface of the semi-finished product(300) of the metal plate is provided with a plurality of pits/grooves (31) and separating walls (32) for separating the pits/grooves, extruding the separating walls (32) of the semi-finished product of the metal plate and causing materials at the separating walls (32) to flow toward the openings of the pits/grooves (31) till the materials at the adjacent separating walls (32) are jointed above the pits/grooves (31) and cover the pits/grooves (31), thereby forming the hollow metal plate (200) with a plurality of small cavities. Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing process for the hollow metal plate has the advantages of simple manufacturing process, low cost, integrated structure of the manufactured hollow metal plate, material saving, stable structure, high strength and wide application range.</p> |
