<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To credibly provide particles from a concave section onto a sheet in an apparatus for producing a sheet member of an absorbent article. <P>SOLUTION: A supply cylinder 21 of an apparatus for producing an absorbent sheet has a supply cylinder member 215, a plurality of supply pins 216, and a supply pin moving mechanism 217. When each of the supply pins 216 is inserted into a supply penetrating hole 212a of the supply cylinder member 215, a supply concave section 212 which is to be filled with a particle from a particle filling section 23 is formed. At the lower part of a lateral surface 211 of the cylinder, each of the supply pins 216 is moved outward in the diameter direction by a supply pin moving mechanism 217. By doing so, the particle within the supply concave section 212 is pushed toward a first sheet member 91. With such a configuration, the particle is prevented from adhering to and remaining on the inner surface of the supply concave section 212 and the particle is credibly supplied from the supply concave section 212 to the first sheet member 91. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
