<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable clip for securely holding a cable. <P>SOLUTION: A cable clip A is integrally formed to have a cross sectional shape of almost S by using a spring steel while having a support substrate 1; a cable holding plate 3 which is made in a flat plate via a bent coupling section from one end of the support substrate, in which a slit 4 is formed, and which includes a cable holding groove 5 whose cross sectional shape on a surface side of the support substrate 1 is a U shape; and a sandwiching plate 10 whose cross sectional shape is a C shape via a bent coupling section from the other end of the support substrate 1 and which includes a sandwiching groove 11 on a rear side of the support substrate 1. A push-opening piece 7 for push-opening and an in-plane driver acceptance hole 8 are arranged in the cable holding plate 3. A sandwiching guide 12 is arranged at the tip of the sandwiching plate 10.
