<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intersection indication blinking device for power outage having a relatively simple configuration and, in the power outage, allowing automobile drivers to recognize the presence of an intersection and calling their attention thereto. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting part body 1 is mounted to a beam 12 mounted to a support 11 of a traffic light 10, with its facing the same direction to that of the traffic light 10. A solar cell 3 is provided on a body case 2 of the light-emitting part body 1, and multiple LEDs 4a are disposed on a light-emitting part 4 in the front face of the light-emitting part body 1. The body case 2 includes a power storage body 5 disposed therein, and a power outage detector 8 for detecting the power outage of a power supply of the traffic light 10 and outputting a power outage signal. The electromotive force generated by the solar cell 3 is charged to the power storage body 5 and, when the power outage signal is output from the power outage detector 8, a discharge current from the power storage body 5 is supplied to the light-emitting part 4 to blink the LEDs 4a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
