<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for pursuing possibility of a system for connective development that sets a goal for deliberate and diligently improvement while an administrative bureau estimates and administers necessary materials such as food, environment, resources, energy, etc. essential to life maintenance of the human, and transition of population, displays results thereof worldwide by a display body and sets directivity for data collection, analysis, storage and improvement, and suppresses various strikes and sacrifices and serious collapses and crises in near future and later. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the administrative bureau which includes: a necessary administration body such as an electronic computer which estimates and administers the necessary materials such as foods, environment, resources, energy, etc., essential to maintenance of life of the human at present and in near future and later; a population administration body which estimates and administers how the world population and respective country populations should be maintained so as to suitably maintain the necessary materials at present and in near future and later; and a display body which serves as a base for data collection, analysis, storage, improvement, etc., by displaying data on estimation and administration on the display body such as the Internet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
