PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since the distance from one area of construction to another area is frequently long for a constructor for reform construction of houses, movement costs are additionally included in an estimation amount before, and the problem that house facility articles needed for the reform construction and labor costs for workers and so on are needed separately and costs are added each time to increase the estimation amount.

SOLUTION: When orders are obtained together in the same area or same apartment house through a system on the Internet, a waste of costs such as movement costs is eliminated, and consequently, an estimation amount becomes lower than before and is provided for the constructor. Similarly, house facility articles can be purchased at extremely low prices through batch ordering.
