<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter surge resistant insulated wire having excellent abrasion resistance and solvent resistance, and to provide an inverter surge resistant insulated wire capable of thickening an insulation layer in order to increase the partial discharge generation voltage without lowering the bonding strength of the conductor of an insulated wire and an enamel layer. <P>SOLUTION: The insulated wire has an enamel-baked layer containing at least polyamide-imide formed directly or via another insulation layer on the outer periphery of a conductor, and at least one extrusion coating resin layer formed on the outside thereof. At least one kind of functional group selected from a carboxyl group, an ester group, an ether group and a hydroxyl group is made to be present on the surface of the enamel-baked layer, and the extrusion coating resin layer is made to adhere to the enamel-baked layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
