摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generating device capable of maintaining ion balance of ions to be discharged to exterior properly while miniaturizing a device configuration by using an air flow induction part that generates an air flow by discharge as blowing means. <P>SOLUTION: In a ventilation flue 8 provided between an air suction opening 5 and an ion generator 3, an air flow induction part 2 inducing an air flow directed to the ion generator 3 by generating discharge, and a collecting electrode 4 located on a downstream side from the air flow induction part 2 and collecting ions generated by the discharge of the air flow induction part 2, are provided. The air flow induction part 2 has a plate-like dielectric body 21 arranged along an inner wall of the ventilation flue 8, and two discharge electrodes 22 and 23 provided on both surfaces of the dielectric body 21 and to which a high-frequency voltage is applied. One electrode 22 is located on an inner side of the ventilation flue 8, and the other electrode 23 is located on an outer side of the ventilation flue 8.
