<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, even though a conventional display can change the color of a pixel using a liquid crystal and a cathode-ray tube, the texture of the pixel and the texture of the surface cannot be changed. <P>SOLUTION: A display is formed by using "a surface blinking at a high speed" that can be individually controlled by rotation of a monochrome pattern and a liquid crystal, as a pixel.
