<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis apparatus capable of quickly and highly accurately adjusting an iris in accordance with an analytical mode. <P>SOLUTION: In the analysis apparatus, an iris control mechanism is attached to an iris part, an iris is widened when measuring an analytical item such as a colorimetric item which is not easily influenced by scattered light or an analytical item with large necessary light quantity so as to obtain much more light quantity, and the iris is narrowed when measuring an analytical item such as a turbidity item which is easily influenced by scattered light and an analytical item with less necessary light quantity, so that excess scattered light can be blocked and measuring accuracy in measurement of both the items can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
