The drive assembly comprises a drive train with a primary drive unit, a secondary drive unit, a main gear box, and a reverse gear (WG) which is rotated along reverse rotation direction with respect to a power output unit (PTO). The reverse gear is used as a planetary gear with two switching elements. The planetary gear is connected to the drive train through an input shaft and an output shaft, such that the load-switching is achieved in reverse rotation direction. The secondary drive unit is arranged in output direction before the reverse gear and gear box.
