摘要 PURPOSE: A resource circulation method for recycling organic waste is provided to facilitate recycling and energizing livestock excretion completely by producing methane gas through processing organic waste with the anaerobic digestion technology, using the generated methane gas to produce electricity with a power plant or to be used as high-quality fuel after refinement, and by manufacturing a tailor-made functional liquid fertilizer with digestion wastewater ejected from the anaerobic digestion. CONSTITUTION: A resource circulation method for completely recycling organic waste comprises the following steps: a step of supplying organic waste which have passed through an adjusting tub(11) and a screen(12) to an anaerobic digestion tub(10), and digesting the organic waste while heating and circulating by a heat exchanger(13) under anaerobic conditions; a step of storing the bio gas having methane gas and carbon dioxide, which are produced by the digestion in the anaerobic digestion tub, as main components to a reservoir(30); a step of moving the digestion wastewater due to the anaerobic digestion tub to an after-ripening bath(20), desulfurizing by oxidization of hydrogen sulfide contained in the bio gas through air injection during the after-ripening reaction, and storing the generated bio gas in a reservoir; a step of converting methane gas to the electric energy by using the bio gas stored in the reservoir as steam or by supplying methane gas among the bio gas to a power plant(40), or converting methane gas to high-quality fuel by refining methane gas by passing through a wet condensed refinement apparatus(50); and a step of manufacturing a liquid fertilizer with the wastewater after-ripened in the after-ripening bath.
