PURPOSE: A food waste disposal apparatus is provided to prevent odor generated during fermentation of food waste and to effectively remove moisture from the food waste. CONSTITUTION: A food waste disposal apparatus comprises a fermentation unit(10), an air supply unit, an air circulation unit, and a dehumidification unit(30). The fermentation unit ferments food waste by microorganisms and evaporates moisture by a heat source. The air supply unit supplies air to the fermentation unit.
